Amanda Clavel Sandoval-Lopez was born and raised in Oklahoma. Amanda is goal-driven and highly-skilled equipped in leadership abilities. She was the former Community Mobilizer at DCCCA, which is a non-profit that focuses on substance abuse prevention and safety disposal of prescription medication. Amanda is an activist and an organizer. Her focuses are within non-profit organizations and grassroots initiative.
Amanda is an advocate for self-care. She is the Communications Director for Dream Action Oklahoma. He also founded the Latinx Democrats of Oklahoma and is the President. She is the Director of Expansion for her sorority, Sigma Lambda Alpha Sorority Inc.
She is the Latinx Outreach Organizer for the Oklahoma Future Fund. Amanda strives to get more progressives elected.
She was awarded the Women Lead award recipient from the Women Lead organization. Amanda enjoys self-help books and time with her cat, Bella.Less

Constanzia Nizza currently serves the State of Oklahoma as the Comptroller for Child Welfare Services. In her role, Constanzia collaborates with the Department of Human Services’ internal and external stakeholders to design, draft, and execute service contracts focused on improving outcomes for Oklahoma’s children and families. Constanzia’s passion for public service was cultivated during her time on staff at the University of Oklahoma’s Center for Public Management where she provided consultation and technical assistance to numerous statewide child welfare initiatives. Constanzia was selected as Oklahoma’s Site Implementation Manager when the state was identified as one of only eight jurisdictions from across the country to participate in the Quality Improvement Center for Workforce Development’s recruitment and retention research study for professional child welfare settings. She has served as a member of Oklahoma’s Court Improvement Program, focused on enhancing educational outcomes for children in state custody through court involvement. She enjoys volunteering with the Oklahoma Institute for Child Advocacy and Bridges Norman, a non-profit providing life skills and housing for transitional teenage youth.
Constanzia earned a Master of Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma choosing to emphasize her studies on Non-profit Management. She holds the internationally recognized Project Management Professional certificate and is a Certified Procurement Officer. Constanzia lives in downtown Oklahoma City, loves attending ballet productions with her family, and looks forward to a lifetime of service in a state she is proud to call home.Less

Darcee Simon made Oklahoma City home after relocating from Mississippi in 2015. A lifelong learner and educator, Darcee’s career in education began in a New York City middle school classroom. From there, she taught in Costa Rica before returning to the United States to complete her Master’s degree in TESOL at the School for International Training.
Darcee transitioned from classroom teaching to higher education administration in Career Services and then as the Director of Education at a small technical college in Mississippi, sparking her interest in workforce development and bridging the gap between classrooms and careers. Paired with her passion for education, Darcee joined the Teach For America national recruitment team based out of Oklahoma City to recruit future teachers from midwest colleges and universities. Her professional interests have driven her academic pursuits as a current doctoral candidate studying Human Resource and Workforce Development at the University of Arkansas.
In her current role as Assistant Workforce Systems Coordinator with the Oklahoma Office of Development, Darcee collaborates with local and state stakeholders to equip Oklahomans with the skills and training needed for our future workforce and economic goals. Dedicated to community and fostering collaboration, Darcee is the Vice Chair and National Liaison for the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Oklahoma City and a founding Dream Team member of Confidence Con.Less

David Samuel Hall experienced foster care twice before he “aged out” of state custody with multiple juvenile convictions in between his times in care. After he began working towards his degree in Music Education at Oklahoma City University, he discovered his passion for serving the community and began working towards that goal on a grander scale.
Today, this public servant is proactively engaged in changing his community on a local, state, and federal level as a political activist and strategist, as well as consultation and performance auditing through the various contracts he holds, including the Capacity Building Center for States and JBS International.
His work has culminated to his appointment to the State Advisory Group for Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention by Governor Fallin, the privilege of participating in Partners in Policymaking led by the Oklahoma Developmental Disabilities Council, and serving on the National Foster Care Youth and Alumni Policy Council, simultaneously. And this year, with the help of his colleagues in the legislature, he will introduce a model legislative package, called “CW22”, for foster care alumni, advocates, and agency liaisons across the nation to use that will appear in over 5 state legislatures and 1 federal bill in just the first year.Less

Francesca grew up in Oklahoma City and attended Oklahoma State University for her BS in Psychology. Then went to work in the homeschool tradeshow industry for eight years. She has received her masters in Wellness Management - Health Studies from the University of Central Oklahoma. While studying for her master's degree her interest in public health and being apart of the newly changing community in Oklahoma city grew. Currently, she is working as a Paycom Specialist at Paycom.
In her free time she is apart of junior hospitality and enjoys working with her fellow members volunteering monthly with local organizations.Less

Kristi has resided in Oklahoma for 26 years. She received her bachelor’s degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2011 with a focus in English literature education. She has educated students within public and private school settings and has taught grades kindergarten through 12th grade.
As a lifelong learner, Kristi received her master’s degree in educational leadership and administration from the University of Central Oklahoma in 2016. She has held director and administrative roles in regards to technological integration and curriculum development. Kristi has always found joy in nonprofit work, and she is excited to start her journey with the Center.
In her free time, Kristi enjoys teaching yoga, barre, and fitness classes. She has over 10 years in fitness and wellness development and education. From playing sports in college and training athletes to working with people who have never experienced a wellness plan, she enjoys helping develop programs for individuals who are looking to better themselves through physical and wellness activity. She is an avid soccer fan and still plays indoor and outdoor.
Kristi is currently employed at the Oklahoma Center for Nonprofits. She serves on the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Oklahoma City Board of Directors and is a committee member of the League of Women Voters of Oklahoma City/Oklahoma County.

Kristina Dicks is the founding Dean of Instruction for Cristo Rey Catholic High School in OKC. She obtained bachelor degrees in Sociology and Spanish at Oklahoma State University and went on to complete a masters in International Studies. She later completed a masters of education from Columbia University in Educational Leadership and now works to coach and develop excellent teachers. Tina previously taught at Webster Middle School in OKC. She opened the school as a newcomer site in 2014 as both the ELD (English Language Development) department chair and coordinator. Before entering the education field, Kristina served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Costa Rica where she worked in rural community development. She aspires to change the perception of educators in Oklahoma while improving the quality of K-12 education in the state.Less

Lauren Riepl is an avid historian, focusing on giving agency to demographics typically forgotten in historical narratives. She graduated with a master’s degree in British History in 2017 and a Bachelors in History/Museum in 2010. She presently plans on achieving her PhD in history.Throughout her academic experience, she maintained the highest level of academic excellence, serving in her undergrad and masters programs in the National Honors Society and Phi Alpha Theta. She was also the recipient of the LeRoy Long IV Graduate Student Research Award for History and Geography, the Graduate Student Study Abroad from the Jackson College of Graduate Studies, the Transformative Learning Scholarship Research and Scholarly Activities Grant, and the Student and Transformative Learning Research Grant She spent three years working as a research assistant while studying abroad in London and Italy, writing one of the first psycho-histories on Florence Nightingale’s life. Chapters of her masters thesis will be published in an anthology of British women travelers in 2019. Lauren loves to encourage children to seek out history as future. For the last seven years she has served as a judge for regional and National History Day events for secondary school students.
Currently Lauren works at LIFT properties in Midtown as a resident coordinator. She is active in the arts and culture community, serving through membership and volunteering in such organizations as the Oklahoma Arts Council, Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, deadCenter Film Festival, the Oklahoma Museum Association, and the Royal Historical Society to name a few. She sits on the opening night Party Favors Committee and the Professional Development Committee of YNPN. Lauren also writes for TerritoryOKC magazine, contributing to the rich tapestry of Oklahoma City. She has served on the board for the Oklahoma City/County Historical Society. In her free time she interns with the Veteran’s Research and Education Foundation in the executive director’s office.Less

Shrenik Talsania graduated with Diploma in Pharmacy and later graduated Medical College from India. He came to the United States of America to earn his Master of Public Health from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where he graduated with a public health medallion. He specializes in healthcare policy and management with his diverse healthcare experience. He is Certified in Public Health from National Board of Public Health Examiner.
Currently, Mr. Talsania works as a Practice Administrator for a Federally Qualified Health Center in Oklahoma City; supervising, managing and leading three healthcare centers. Mr. Talsania is active member of American College of Healthcare Executive and American Public Health Association. His career interest is healthcare management, leadership, and quality improvement. He is green belt Lean Six Sigma certified. He has contributed to research studies and posters presentation that have been published in JAMA Ophthalmology, American Association of Neurology and Health line Journal. Mr. Talsania has volunteered with organizations like Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma, Remote Area Medical, Mission of Mercy and Veterans Affairs.
Mr. Talsania has received many medals and certificates for winning Table Tennis Tournaments. He is fluent in three languages. During his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, watch Hollywood and Bollywood movies, eat food, exercise and play Table Tennis.Less
