Timour Razek

Timour Razek is the Manager for Storytelling & Community Engagement at TechCongress. Leveraging his international experience building strategic communications and partnerships, Timour drives communications that spotlight the transformative impact of technologists on national governance. He engages fellows, alumni, and partners through strategic storytelling that connects technical expertise with policy impact. Prior to joining TechCongress, Timour served at USAID’s Bureau of Global Health, where he helped advance awareness of maternal and child health initiatives across the globe. In 2022, he received a certificate of service in recognition of his contributions to equitable health reform during his assignment with the World Health Organization.

Timour lives in Washington, D.C., where he enjoys visiting museums, going on long walks and reading.
