Tia Buchanan

Tia is an Arkansas resident. She resides in Jonesboro Arkansas with her husband Ian. As a cosmetologist for 24 years, Tia has been no stranger to giving advice and being a great listening ear. In addition to her cosmetology career, Tia is also a leader in her local church as well as a certified life coach. She loves music, laughter, family and friends that are just like family.

Tia’s love for people launched her life Coach business and building her business sparked her interest in imposter syndrome and self sabotage, which in turn inspired her to come up with a coaching program called surviving me with the goal of helping people navigate imposter syndrome and embrace who they really are.
