Shari Blalock - 2024 NLC Atlanta Fellow

Shari Blalock (she/her) is a marketer, a life-long learner, and a former volunteer leader. She is passionate about creating a pathway for justice-involved juveniles to have a strong support system to identify behaviors and ensure they feel valued to create positive opportunities and experiences for them. Shari works in the customer experience industry. Shari earned a bachelor's degree in speech communication and theatre from Tennessee State University. She earned a master's degree in marketing from Georgia State University.

She's graduated from Hands on Atlanta's inaugural Civic Leadership Program (CLP). She served as a volunteer and then volunteer leader with Hands on Atlanta's TeamWorks! And she's completed the United Way's Volunteer Involvement Program (VIP). She lives in metro Atlanta where she enjoys volunteering as a narrator for children's books. She enjoys listening to podcasts, watching documentaries, cooking, and visiting local restaurants with friends.
