Ser Anderson – Montana

Ser Anderson is a naturalist and an educator. They work at the Montana Natural History Center in Missoula, MT, as a Teaching Naturalist, sharing their passion for the natural world with students of all ages. Always fond of native plants and birds, they honed their naturalist skills while earning a B.A. in Environmental Studies at the University of Montana.

Prior to joining MNHC, they developed and shared their naturalist skills in a variety of seasonal positions with Montana Conservation Corps, Flathead Lake State Park, and Ecology Project International’s Yellowstone Program. They are committed to building community and connection to place, celebrating the endless diversity of life, and working to make their communities more inclusive and equitable.
