Radheya Kulkarni - 2026 NLC Washington DC Fellow

Radheya Kulkarni is health policy professional committed to strengthening how public programs serve older Americans, and people with disabilities. Furthermore, he is interested how payment systems and incentives in Medicare and Medicaid shape real outcomes for high-need populations.

Originally from Ohio, Radheya was inspired by his twin brother’s experiences navigating complex care systems, which fuels his dedication to building more equitable and reliable programs. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Cincinnati, and Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University's McCourt School of Public Policy.

Outside of work, Radheya enjoys plane watching, cheering on his favorite football team, and exploring the DMV’s vibrant food scene.
