Minh Pham

Minh Pham is a community advocate, educator, and endurance athlete committed to advancing equity across education, health, and public policy. He serves and works closely with immigrant, low-income, and underserved communities, particularly Vietnamese American communities in Southern California. Minh has professional experience across public service, legal aid, health education, and science policy, and currently works in education and community-based programs. He is affiliated with Santa Ana College and the University of California, Los Angeles, where he has pursued interdisciplinary studies spanning political science, education, public health, and information science. Minh has received recognition through national fellowships and policy programs for his leadership and service. Outside of work, he is passionate about distance running, triathlons, photography, and community storytelling.
