Melissa Obleada

Melissa Obleada (they/she) is a user experience researcher at HubSpot. Before her move into research, she was a founding member of HubSpot’s BIPOC and LGBTQ+ employee resource groups, and became the company’s first employee in a diversity-focused role. Through that work, they realized a passion for people-centered problem solving. They’ve previously been involved with Boston PEAR (Pilipino Education, Advocacy, and Resources) and Emerson College’s LGBTQ alumni initiatives. Melissa currently serves as Steering Committee Co-Chair of Fenway Health’s Young Leaders Council.

When not working, Melissa can be found walking Mango, her three-legged dog, traveling with loved ones, eating good food, or searching for their next hobby.
