Lisa Petrakis

Lisa Petrakis grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and moved to San Antonio in 2007 to attend Trinity University. She graduated from Trinity with a bachelor’s degree in anthropology in 2011 and received her master’s degree in public health in 2018. Lisa currently works as a Policy & Partnerships Analyst in the Policy & Civic Engagement Office of the San Antonio Metropolitan Health District. In this role, she works to advance health equity through policy change and works with internal and external partners to align policy priorities, track legislative trends, and analyze policy proposals. In her free time, Lisa likes to spend time reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and cuddling with her three dogs.
