Lilly Grossman

Lilly Grossman (she/her) is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Beyond The Box Advocacy, where she focuses on disability equity and policy design. She is a graduate student at the University of Southern California working toward her Master of Social Work degree. Lilly created a policy framework on disability support service portability that has gained attention from researchers and community leaders. Her work has also been featured in Forbes. She partners with teams, health systems, and nonprofits to improve access for people with disabilities. Lilly is committed to building a future where support follows the person and community-centered ideas guide lasting change.
