Laurel Djoukeng, born in Washington, DC, is an entrepreneur and investment professional committed to expanding economic mobility. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Hampton University and MBA from Duke University. Laurel began his career in New York City as an investment analyst at PGIM before joining The Carlton Group as an Investment Banker. He founded Sparc, an AI-powered talent marketplace, and is working on a passion project, KeyPath, an Ai-fintech platform enabling renters and landlords to build wealth through tokenized equity. He also advises The Steinbridge Group, structuring real estate development partnerships with universities and churches.

Laurel founded the Catalyst Network Foundation, a 501c3 for college/career prep, and is a Hampton Forty Under 40, Black Enterprise Modern Man, MLT MBA Fellow, and Techstars NYC alum.
