Kennidi Ridgell
Kennidi Ridgell - 2026 NLC Arkansas Fellow
Kennidi Ridgell brings experience in education, public health, community development, and mental health. She serves as a board member for Delta Arts and the New York Institute of Technology. She is an advocate for mental health, education, and personal/professional development. She holds degrees from Arkansas State University – Master’s in Higher Education and Specialist’s in Mental Health Counseling. Kennidi and her son Demarche are both Alumni at Arkansas State, where her daughter Micahya is currently a student.
She is a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. Kennidi enjoys consulting and coaching. She also enjoys public speaking and presenting at conferences hoping to leave a lasting impact and focusing on developing programs to improve quality of life and strengthen community economic development.
