Kamren Rollins - 2026 NLC Washington DC Fellow

Kamren Rollins is a nonprofit executive and systems strategist committed to expanding educational equity and economic mobility in historically underserved communities. He serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Southeast Children’s Fund, a Washington, D.C., organization supporting early childhood educators, children, and families. Kamren has led major growth initiatives, strengthened organizational infrastructure, and advanced workforce development through programs such as the DC LEAD scholarship model.

He is active in regional leadership and policy networks, including serving as a board member of the D.C. Association for the Education of Young Children and President of the Black Child Development Institute – D.C. A Morehouse College graduate, Kamren is passionate about building community-centered learning ecosystems and creating pathways to opportunity for future generations.
