Jihad D. Dixon is a strategist who serves communities working to build long term opportunity and stronger pathways for future generations. He currently works at the Obama Foundation’s My Brother’s Keeper Alliance, where he supports national programs, strategic operations, and partnerships that improve outcomes for boys and young men of color. He earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from West Virginia University. He serves on several boards that focus on student success, community leadership, and meaningful civic engagement.
Jihad has even been recognized for his commitment to service and his ability to support teams that drive impact. Raised in a single parent home, he leads with empathy, consistency, and purpose. He lives in Washington, D.C. and enjoys mentorship, travel, and building community.
