Janina Hogans - 2026 NLC Washington DC Fellow

Janina Hogans (she/her) is a seasoned executive with over a decade of experience in the non-profit, government, and private sectors. She excels in developing sustainable business models, system evaluations, and fostering transformative growth through health policy. Her achievements include managing contract operations for nearly 2 million insured lives and creating a labor and city management council. As a servant leader, she serves on numerous boards and committees including Six Sigma Indy and as Public Policy Co-Chair for the National Association of Health Services Executives.

Janina holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Baylor University, a Master of Policy Management from Georgetown University, and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Phoenix, making her a valuable partner in health system improvement.
