Iesha McDonnell

Iesha McDonnell is a Little Rock, Arkansas native and dedicated educator with a passion for supporting students from trauma-impacted homes within her hometown. A proud graduate of Wiley College’s Class of 2016, she has spent the past decade serving her community through transformative work in education. Raised by two community leaders and pastors, she carries strong Christian values that guide her purpose and leadership. As a single mother to her son, Legend, Iesha is committed to modeling resilience, faith, and service.

Her mission is to create meaningful change within the community that shaped her, empowering the next generation to thrive.
