Evenor Pineda

Evenor Pineda is a first generation American with Colombian and Nicaraguan roots born and raised in Nashua, NH. For the past three years Evenor has worked closely with the Manchester Police Athletic League with their juvenile court diversion and Futures programs. Evenor began his work as a volunteer, then part-time employee until being hired full-time as their Intervention Programming Coordinator in August of 2023.

Evenor has been able to utilize his lived experience as a formerly incarcerated individual to work with juvenile justice impacted and at-risk youth. He has been working to roll out a newly developed program, Choices, which allows formerly incarcerated individuals to mentor justice impacted and at-risk youth, host Q & A panels, and guest speak to share their lived experience with the goal of planting seeds in the minds of these young people with the hope of deterring them from following the same path.
