Erica McDaniel

Erica McDaniel is a service-minded professional dedicated to social responsibility and talent cultivation. Throughout her career in education and non-profit philanthropy, Erica has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to advancing equity, social justice, education, personal development, and community service.

Outside of her professional role as Senior Director of Corporate Relations for a local non-profit, Erica is an active volunteer with several organizations throughout the Louisville community. She serves on various boards and advisory councils and has been the recipient of several awards and honors. While she is proud of her achievements, her most prestigious and notable role is that of wife and mother. She loves her family and strives to put them first in all that she does.
