Deangelo Earl

DeAngelo Earl (he/him) is a justice system and youth advocate. He advocates for shifting focus from punishment to prevention and rehabilitation in the juvenile justice system. In his current role at Little Rock Job Corps Center, he works to ensure career preparation and career exploration are instilled in the youth/young adults. He has a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a master's degree in public administration. He is a life member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. (Omicron Lambda Lambda Chapter), where he has served for the past seven years by mentoring the youth of the community.

DeAngelo grew up in Eudora, Arkansas, in a single-parent household. He looks forward to advocating for the youth in his community, which could give them a brighter future.
