Angela Howard

Angela Howard a Pine Bluff native who attended The University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff where she graduated Magna Cum Laude 2014. Ms. Howard is an Extension outreach EFNEP Program Associate for the university where she promotes and teaches overall health and wellness to the community. She is a passionate member of the Improved Benevolent and Protective Order Elks of The World, ELKS Daughter, as well as Rotarian member.

In 2023 Ms. Howard was nominated for Arkansas Trailblazer of the Year and in 2025 awarded an Impact Community Award. She also is the proud recipient of the 1890 Multi- State Conference Helping Hands award as well as numerous articles featuring healthy living. Ms. Howard loves making an impact on the community she loves.
