Andrea Burnett

Andrea Burnett is enterprise workforce solutions director with just over a decade in the staffing and workforce solutions industry. She builds employer partnerships and helps create career pathways that expand opportunities for underserved communities. Andrea is also co-president of Los Angeles Urban League Young Professionals, which focuses on economic empowerment in Black and underserved communities. She's known for a warm, collaborative leadership style, dedication to empowering her community and a can do attitude that’s infectious.

Andrea works with leaders in various industries and serves on local workforce committees. In her spare time she practices Pilates, travels, reads, dances and volunteers.
