Amanda Blair - 2024 NLC New Hampshire Fellow

Amanda Blair (she/her) is a Reference Librarian at the Nashua Public Library, where her main role is connecting patrons with resources and working to improve digital literacy in her community. She organizes and teaches free computer classes for the public and has recently begun offering courses in Spanish. Born and raised in the Nashua area, Amanda spent a number of years living and serving abroad before deciding to return to New Hampshire and focus on her local community. Upon returning home, she spent three years working with a local disability nonprofit before completing her master's in Library Science. Amanda is part of a social justice committee at her Episcopal church, an open and affirming congregation where she is currently running for a position on the volunteer leadership team. She enjoys reading science fiction and spending time with her dog, Merlin.
