Alexandria Slater - 2026 NLC Arkansas Fellow
Alexandria Slater (she/her) is an aspiring student affairs professional and educator committed to empowering students and fostering leadership development. She currently serves as a family and consumer science teacher in the Pulaski County Special School District. Alexandria is in her fourth year of teaching and was recognized as Teacher of the Year in 2024-2025. Alexandria earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff in Human Science Education and her master’s in Leadership and Policy – Student Affairs Administration from the University of Memphis.
She is passionate about mentoring students, creating inclusive learning environments, and supporting student success. In her free time, Alexandria enjoys photography (VizualzbyZan), baking, and traveling to zoos across the country.
