Alexandria Richardson - 2026 NLC Washington DC Fellow

Alexandria serves as the Manager for Business Affairs for the National Education Association’s (NEA) Center for Racial and Social Justice (CRSJ). In this role, she develops and administers $16 M in resources to advance racial equity and social justice programming for the nation’s largest labor union. Under her leadership and administration, the organization built the infrastructure for a comprehensive agenda to address systemic inequity in public education – work she has steered for the last decade.

An advocate for public education and worker’s rights, Alexandria has graduated from several Fellowship programs including the Institute for Educational Leadership’s Education Policy Fellowship Program (IEL EPFP) and Cornell University’s National Labor Leadership Initiative (NLLI). Alexandria attended the University of California Los Angeles; receiving her Bachelor’s in Political Science.
