Aleia Elgabrowny

Aleia Elgabrowny is a first generation Egyptian American living in San Antonio, Texas. Aleia obtained her master’s in social work at Our Lady of the Lake University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with the state of Texas and is employed in a medical setting serving United States veterans. Aleia has worked with serving several different populations within her community, including people who live with HIV as well as adolescents and children, and aims to serve society on a more broad level (via impact on policies). Her hobbies include keeping as many plants as she can alive + plant propagation, learning how to roller skate, dad jokes + puns, and furthering her education on special topics of interest (like epigenetics).
