A'Ja Rolfe

A’Ja Rolfe is a multifaceted creator, strategist and community builder based in Arkansas. She serves emerging and established entrepreneurs through branding, program development and digital storytelling. Rolfe is the owner of Naccari Narrative LLC, a portrait and brand photography company, and co-founder of Minding My Black Owned Business, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting and elevating Black-owned businesses.

She also leads the Elite Sisters of Light chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star, where she uplifts women in leadership and service. Rolfe has experience in property administration, planning and development, and actively invests in accessible pathways for economic advancement. She is passionate about creativity, intentional leadership and building spaces where people and ideas can thrive.
