Ericka Kelly – Wisconsin

Ericka Kelly is a changemaker, strategic communicator and engaged citizen committed to advocating on behalf of underrepresented communities by stimulating transformative change through her dynamic skills of brokering cross-sector relationships, mobilizing resources, and facilitating meaningful discourse. She believes shared accessibility to opportunities and transparent practices centered around equity will help improve the quality of life for all. Currently, she is the community engagement and communications specialist of the MKE United initiative at the Greater Milwaukee Committee. In her role she’s focused on cultivating cross-sector partnerships and developing effective communication strategies that drives an inclusive strategic action agenda for Downtown Milwaukee and its adjacent neighborhoods. Through this initiative, she is poised to drive solutions for equitable economic prosperity that will positively impact predominantly Black and Latino households surrounding Downtown Milwaukee. Through Ericka’s versatile background, she has organized national tradeshows and regional conferences, managed coalition networks and coordinated fundraising campaigns for philanthropic efforts. Ericka graduated from Marquette University with a B.A. in corporate communication and a minor in political science.
