Noel Rodriguez

Noel is thrilled to join the New Leaders Council team after graduating in 2022 and currently serving as the Broward Chapter’s co-director. Noel’s passion is building community, connection, and confidence through servant leadership. Noel has worked for several years in pharmaceutical finance and serves as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion champion in the corporate world. As a progressive queer Cuban-American, Noel wants to change the face of who is seen as a leader from a homogenous few to an equitable many. In his free time, Noel loves supporting political candidates, specifically first-time candidates. Noel is currently working on his master’s degree in organizational leadership at Nova Southeastern University. He shares his life with his husband Carlos and spoiled pup Pepa.
