Will Ramirez - Atlanta

Will Ramirez is a housing and health policy professional, consultant, and community organizer who values selfless service and the inclusion of community in decision-making processes. In his current role as the Public Policy and Advocacy Manager for Southern AIDS Coalition (SAC), he leads federal and state efforts to secure systemic policy changes necessary to reduce HIV-related health disparities and promote greater health equity throughout the South.

Will holds a master’s degree in public administration from the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University. His graduate studies focused on the impact on the health of communities by the manner in which those communities are built, by addressing the intersection of public health and the built environment. Will was born and raised in the Bronx and now lives with his wife, and two children in Atlanta. When not engaging in policy, advocacy, or organizing, Will enjoys hiking with his family.
