Tyra Brown – Omaha

Tyra Brown (she/her) is a proud alumnus of Bellevue University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She is currently a Juris Doctorate (J.D) candidate for the class of 2025. After completing her J.D, Tyra aspires to become a Supreme Court Justice. Tyra is passionate about improving the lives of young people and believes strongly in volunteerism and giving back. She has generously offered her time, experiences, and skills to numerous organizations to promote financial literacy and educate our young people on its importance. With about ten years of financial proficiency, Tyra hopes to bridge the gap and provide a space where young adults can thrive financially. As a native of the Bahamas, the daughter of a former 90s disc jockey, Tyra is a proud music carnivorous. She enjoys listening to all music: especially calypso, 90s R&B, and Soul. When she is not studying, she enjoys traveling with friends or watching the next big movie film.
