Sarah Rimmel - Denver

Sarah Rimmel (she/they) is an ICF-Certified Somatic Leadership Coach supporting people to increase their capacity to build more equitable and inclusive workplaces. As a small business owner and founder of Inclusion Spark LLC, she brings playfulness, ease, and curiosity to the nonprofit and for profit leaders she serves. She is committed to people slowing down to develop regular ways to tend to themselves and each other and shift how they are being, listening, and leading. Sarah attended the University of Florida for undergraduate studies, then worked in a variety of roles for half a dozen mostly nonprofit organizations. With a Masters degree in business management and studies in community health, somatics, and trauma-informed practices, she has long been committed to the well-being of people. Prior to starting her own coaching practice in 2019, she worked as an Assistant Director of Education within a student advocacy resource center at the University of Colorado. She is a volunteer partner with Social Venture Partners of Boulder County and enjoys building intergenerational friendships, writing, and participating in on-going learning practices with a cohort of somatic abolitionists through Education for Racial Equity. Sarah is a biracial woman of color and member of the LGBTQ community, who grew up in Florida in a single-parent household. Her work is driven by the resilience people carry, especially in navigating loss, addiction, insecurity, and ongoing systemic oppressions and trauma.
