Donor Engagement Officer, Oregon Food Bank

Olivia Townsend is a nonprofit fundraiser at Oregon Food Bank, working to end hunger and its root causes. Originally from Florida, Olivia started volunteering at food pantries at a young age, and discovered early in life that she wanted to work in the hunger relief realm. Olivia attended Auburn University where she received a Bachelors in Public Administration and then the University of Oregon for a Master’s of Nonprofit Management. After moving around for the beginning of her adult life Olivia landed in Portland, Oregon in 2017. As a passionate volunteer, Olivia is a Wish Granter through Make-A-Wish Oregon where she volunteers as a liaison between wish kids and their families, and the Make-A-Wish office staff. She also is a member of the Junior League of Portland, serving on the End Domestic Violence committee as a liaison between the Junior League and Rose Haven, a day shelter and community center serving women, children and gender non-conforming folks experiencing the trauma of abuse, loss of home and other disruptive life challenges. In her free time Olivia enjoys baking, yoga, and going for hikes with her partner and their Corgi, Kevin.
