Olivia Sharp - Kentucky

Olivia Sharp (she/her) is a learner, driver, and listener. She is invested in using data and lived experiences to drive equitable access to sustainable resources for all community members. In her current role, she acts as the Senior Manager of Business Analytics for Unite Us, leading a team of data experts to identify gaps in community services, and provide a more holistic offering of basic health and social care services across the nation. Previously, her professional experience has included leadership and social justice development programs for students, non-profit consulting, recruitment and admissions, alumni relations, and community organization. In addition to her professional background, Olivia has an educational background in Corporate & Organizational Communication from Western Kentucky University, in addition to an MBA from the University of Louisville. When she is not dedicating time to her profession, Olivia enjoys travel, reading, hiking, cooking, and spending time with her family, partner, and puppy.
