Meredith Irby - Arkansas

Meredith Kinsey Irby is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is a co-owner and the Chief Executive Officer of A Better You Therapeutic Solutions, PLLC., one of the only CARF-Accredited, Licensed Behavioral Health Agencies in the state of Arkansas. Meredith received her Bachelors of Social Work from the University of Arkansas and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. Meredith has experience working with children and adults with a wide range of issues including mood and trauma-related disorders.

She has a passion for helping others to work through their personal issues and traumas to become the best version of themselves. Meredith also works with community organizations that focus on mental health and veterans' issues. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and two sons.
