McKenzie Mahlik – Wisconsin

McKenzie Mahlik (she/her) currently works as a retail supervisor but aims to use her passion for equity mental health to serve marginalized communities. She hopes to continue gaining pertinent skills that she can use to provide for these communities. McKenzie attended the University of Milwaukee Wisconsin and graduated cum laude in 2018. She has a bachelor’s degree in Comparative Ethnic Studies. She was invited to become a member of the Phi Beta Kappa society in 2018 which recognizes academic excellence in the science and art programs. McKenzie lives in Madison, Wisconsin where she enjoys spending time outdoors and with her family. She grew up experiencing her own difficulties with mental health and personally advocates for equitable healthcare. She looks forward to finding ways to better serve and make an impact in these communities.
