Maddie Hodapp - Twin Cities

Maddie Hodapp (she/her) is a North Minneapolis native raised by a single mother. With 17 years in the game as a youth worker, Maddie is an enthusiastic youth advocate with a passion for filling in the gaps within youth programming. In her current role, Maddie oversees the operations of programming that supports young people in foster care and parenting young adults. As a parent herself, Maddie has brought a perspective to her advocacy around the economic wealth gap and the continuous cycle of intergenerational poverty that parenting youth face. This has poured into her future goal of having her own non-profit that will provide equitable access to financial wellness for parenting youth.

Maddie is a member of the Missing and Murdered African American Women Advisory Council, PICA Policy Council, and Education Equity Parent Fellowship with Voices for Racial Justice. She is looking forward to her continued education with NLC!
