Jasmyne Jones - Kentucky

As a young girl Jasmyne always wanted to be a judge. Born in Chicago and raised in Louisville, KY, she has started to set those dreams into motion. She went to the University of Louisville for a major in Political Science with a focus on Law and Public Policy. During her time at UofL, she worked on 3 major campaigns: Amy McGrath for Senate, the Georgia Senate Runoff, and Craig Greenberg for Mayor.
She has since worked with Stacey Abrams on her gubernatorial campaign in Georgia, and earned the "Rising Star Award" from the Louisville Democratic Party. As a 2L at the UofL Brandeis School of Law, she advocates for her fellow students and helps younger politicos stay active in democratic politics. Her current goal is to continue to help younger disenfranchised youth seek political opportunities, while preparing to help democratic candidates win all over the commonwealth.
