Irasema Blake - Arkansas

Irasema is a driven professional with expertise in different industries including research, academia, healthcare, retail, and CDE&I. Irasema began her career in 2005 as clinical dietitian, followed by conducting nationwide health research for the CDC. In 2010, Irasema joined UAMS-NW mitigating healthcare disparities amongst minority groups in NWA. Joining Walmart in 2014, Irasema held a variety of roles including H&W Ethics & Compliance and Product Development resulting in affordable health care access through Retail to more than 1+ million Americans. In 2021, Irasema joined the CDE&I organization and most recently, transferred to the Learning and Leadership-CDEI team. Irasema holds a B.S in Dietetics and a M.S. in Operations Management from the UofA, and a M.S from UT Martin.

Born and raised in Durango, Mexico, Irasema enjoys traveling, the outdoors, running, and exploring new restaurants. Irasema makes her home in Rogers, AR with husband Michael, and daughters, Montserrat and Haven.
