Desiree Roberts is a Human Resources Professional with expertise in training, learning, and recruiting. She currently serves as a Corporate Learning Analyst at Hilton on the Human Resources Team that drives and implements learning initiatives for global client groups. In this capacity, she works to orchestrate learning solutions while targeting business goals and improving employee development, inclusion, engagement, and performance.

Additionally, Desiree is the Owner of Center Stage Elite, LLC, which provides full-service pageant coaching and production for young ladies to enhance their confidence, communication, interviewing, and leadership skills. Through spearheading coaching sessions, pageants, and workshops on self-esteem and public speaking, Desiree has been able to impact the lives of numerous young ladies across Maryland, Florida, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

A native of St. Petersburg, Florida, Desiree is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where she received her Master of Science in Management – Human Resources and her Bachelor of Science in Event Management. She also holds The Society for Human Resources Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Certification from The Society for Human Resources Management. She obtained this certification to further her knowledge of applying Human Resources concepts and best practices to advance the strategic direction of her organization.

Desiree is active in her local community through membership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., The National Association of African Americans in Human Resources, The Society for Human Resources Management, and through volunteering as a Coach of The Dynamic Disciples Youth Cheerleading Team. Desiree is passionate about gender equality, diversity and inclusion, and empowering young ladies. She seeks to inspire them to be confident, pursue their goals, and realize their full potential, no matter their background, economic status, or what obstacles may stand in their way.
