Charman Postel - Palm Beach

Charman Postel (she/her) is a trailblazer and youth advocate. As the President and Founder of BOLD Foundation, she creates space to build opportunities for students to cultivate their leadership skills. Charman attended FAU and graduated in 2020, with a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies. In 2022, she proudly received the Trailblazer Award from the Women’s Foundation of Florida. Charman lives in Boca Raton, FL with her four children and enjoys supporting, educating, and empowering the youth in the areas of leadership and development. For the last 10 years, she has volunteered with Parent Teacher Association, advocating for funding in education and ensuring that every child’s potential is its reality. Charman grew up in Boynton Beach, FL, with 6 siblings in a single-parent household. She is a change agent for the youth and community and looks forward to sharing power and encouraging the growth and development of others.
