Cassidy White - Kentucky

Cassidy White is a "citizen lawyer" - a term used by her alma mater, William & Mary Law School, to denote those who utilize their legal skills to serve and lift up the communities in which they reside. Cassidy is currently a Senior Policy Analyst with The Council of State Governments where she contributes to the Health & Human Services and Shared State Legislation portfolios. She has worked within the realms of behavioral health, DEI, social services, special education advocacy, and intimate partner violence prevention. Cassidy earned a JD from William & Mary Law School and a BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky. She is interested in advocating for LGBTQIA rights, engaging in mutual aid, reforming the criminal justice system, and aiding in the prevention of intimate partner violence.
