Cassidy Hyde - Kentucky

As Executive Director at YPAL, Cassidy is known as an authentic community builder and passionate advocate for young people in Kentucky. She seeks to empower folks to maximize their potential and cultivate a culture of belonging, so everyone knows they are valued and there is a place for them here.

Cassidy previously served in Advancement at Make-A-Wish after graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and minor in Economics from the University of Kentucky. Hyde has completed Leadership Louisville Center's Ignite Louisville and Focus Louisville programs and YPAL's Emerging Leaders Program.

Cassidy is originally from Henderson, KY. She currently volunteers with the UK Alumni Association, Kentucky Derby Festival, Kids Cancer Alliance, Leadership Louisville Center, Greater Louisville Inc., Grace James Academy, and Derby Diversity Week. Most notably, she is a camp counselor for some of Kentucky’s strongest kids and is a proud dog mom to her adopted Border Collie, Cooper.
