Brent Edwards - SW Ohio

Brent Edwards (he/him) is a political campaign professional located in Cincinnati Ohio. He believes in the power of organizing to enable everyday people to create change in their communities. In his role at RuralOrganizing.org he is responsible for community building in rural areas, so that local leaders can be empowered to make positive progressive change.

Brent is specifically passionate about tackling housing instability, and has pushed for solutions to make safe, dignified housing in reach of all residents. Brent attended Xavier University, graduating with a bachelors degree in Political Science in 2013, and a masters in business administration in 2017.

Brent is involved in the Cincinnati community through serving as an elected Central Committee member for the Hamilton County Democratic Party, a position he has held since 2016. In his free time Brent can be found traveling, at local restaurants, or at home with his wife Erin and their cats.
