Brenda Morrison is a community advocate who believes we all have a responsibility to create a just society. Brenda has worked on several state and local campaigns, and she has served as an aide to several elected officials, most notably, Former U.S. Senator Bill Nelson in his Broward County Outreach Office and city of Lauderhill Commissioner Melissa P. Dunn.
Brenda is a graduate of Broward College and she received her Bachelor's from Florida International University in 2017. Brenda recently graduated with her Master’s in Public Administration at Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in State and Local Government.
Brenda has worked on projects such as a business incubator program and a health disparity project that assessed the social determinants of health for Lauderhill residents. Aside from work, Brenda enjoys running and giving back to her community and the next generation. Currently, Brenda is a Community Engagement Representative with Community Care Plan.
