Armand Hodge is currently pursuing his MBA in Marketing Strategy at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park. He previously served as a Communications & Technology Branding Specialist for the Technology Communications team at The Boeing Company. In this role, Armand provided expertise in marketing & communications outreach, brand management, and web governance/digital content strategy for the Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) organization of the company. One of his primary roles within the organization was serving as the Communications focal for the IT&DA Diversity & Inclusion Council where he assisted the council with strategic outreach and messaging efforts. Additionally, Armand is an Adjunct Professor at Bowie State University where he teaches Oral Communications. An advocate for increasing diversity and paying it forward to the next generation, Armand serves as a frequent mentor and panelist for various organizations including the T. Howard Foundation, The National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC), and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation. Armand holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications from Bowie State University and a Master of Science in Public Relations Management from University of Maryland, University College. Armand’s career endeavors are focused on the convergence of Marketing, Communications, Digital, and Technology; how these industries can help each other in today’s evolving landscape as well as increasing diversity opportunities for minorities in these respected industries. Armand is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
