Alexandria Guzman - Washington DC

Alexandria Guzman is a passionate civil rights advocate in the public and non-profit sector. In the last year, she has managed the recruitment process within the Deputy Mayor for Health and Human Services, Assistant City Administrator for Internal Services, and the Office of Senior Advisor clusters, with over 200 appointed positions. She has also facilitated onboarding of Excepted, Career, and Executive appointments for the Executive Office of the Mayor.

In her free time, Ms. Guzman is an active foster parent to rescued dogs and is a member of the inaugural class of the Bridges Mentor Program at CASA D.C.

Alexandria received her B.A. from the University of Maryland College Park in Government and Politics with a minor in History. She is the recipient of the Brian M. Gardner Public Service Award, a Chatham Scholar Member, a Charlotte Newcombe Foundation Honoree, and a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha Honors Society.
