William A. Radford (Will) is a go-giver driven by the connection between people and purpose. Will is President of AMPM Solutions Incorporated where he leverages a decade of architectural engineering and real estate development expertise to create private hotel portfolios. Will presently advises the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority in their billion-dollar airport development.

Will holds a number of professional licenses, certifications, commissions, and accreditations. To name a few, Will is licensed as an educator and a contractor in Tennessee. He is a commissioned lay pastor in the Presbyterian church an accredited professional in energy and environmental design professional with the US Green Building Council. As a veteran of the United States Navy, Will knows the importance of thinking globally while serving locally.

Will serves Nashville, as a founder of two community focused entities. First, NIA House Montessori School (NHM), a private pre-k through 4th grade primary school with a focus on serving those who serve - teachers, civil servants, and small business owners. The intent of NHM is to provide an affordable education option for families who make too much to qualify for public assistance but sometimes not enough to afford typical private schools. NHM was recently recognized by Vanderbilt University's Peabody College as a Montessori School to see. Amazon CEO, Jeff Bezos, recently stopped by to visit Will and the NHM staff to discuss Bezos' vision to start 1,000 schools nationwide using a model similar to NHM.The Second, the Local Distro: A corner market specializing in the sale and promotion of local products. The Local Distro incubator also provides marketing support and business coaching for entrepreneurs and "foodpreneurs". Will was recently recognized by Nashville Business Journal's top 40 under 40 for his work at The Local Distro.
