Tiffany Henley is a Development and Events Manager who works with NewView Oklahoma, a state-wide non-profit, to empower individuals facing vision loss.
Tiffany has been passionate about equal opportunity and civic responsibility since her first-time volunteering as a Brownie Girl Scout, filling and packaging Christmas food baskets, one of which would later be delivered to her own home. She believes that every person has the right to live life at their maximum level of independence and is proud to help non-profit organizations reach their goals through fundraising and development.
Tiffany has 8 years of experience in planning and executing small and large events for colleges, state agencies, and non-profit; and 2 years of non-profit financial development experience.
Prior to joining NewView Oklahoma, Tiffany worked in event management at the University of Oklahoma where she specialized in coordinating and implementing professional development training and certification academies, both internally and externally with state agencies.
Tiffany holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Arts from the University of Oklahoma.
She is a recent Leadership and Reputation Academy graduate, an Artisan with Arts Council Oklahoma City, 2018-19 Professional Development Committee Member for the Oklahoma City Chapter of Young Nonprofit Professionals Network, and 2018 Opening Night OKC Children's Area Co-Chair.
Tiffany is passionate about accessibility and art. She enjoys hiking, baking, learning useless trivia, and the proper and consistent use of Oxford commas.
