In pursuit of change, Savannah uses the concept of equality to determine the best way to pursue progress and lead within organizations. When working to find solutions to social issues, Savannah begins by establishing a desired equitable outcome. She is then able to work backwards in developing actionable steps to achieving equitable solutions based on the unequal situation at hand. Equality is a concept Savannah believes in whole heartedly. Although she realizes true equality will not be achieved in her lifetime, Savannah will do all she can to leave the world a more equitable place. Savannah grew up in rural Missouri where she showed horses with her local 4H club. During her free time, Savannah enjoys traveling abroad, developing new skills, and spending time with family and friends.
