Sara Anderson is currently an Operations Analyst at Advocate Aurora Healthcare where she provides reporting and analysis for the Pre-services Business Team. There she primarily focuses on employee productivity, patient scheduling metrics, and workflow and process improvement.

Sara has spent her last 10 years working in the behavioral health field at multiple organizations where she did program support, case management, reporting, and analysis; including at Advocate Aurora Healthcare Behavioral Health Services. Prior to Advocate Aurora Health Care she worked as a research consultant at MyStrength Inc. in Denver CO, on developing a phone app to bring mental health support to people working internationally in rural areas with limited access to health care. While in graduate school she spent a summer in India at an HIV clinic for women and children and published "Factors associated with mental health symptoms in women living with HIV in Southern India: An exploratory study", in the International Journal of Psychology and Counseling. Sara got her start in healthcare at the Veterans Hospital in Madison, WI working in the telehealth department.

Sara is from Wisconsin and holds a B.S in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a M.A. in International Disaster Psychology from the University of Denver.
